@theercs No it took me more like an hour. I swear you have to be a ridiculous chef to do them in 30 minutes. Thankfully it was tasty since I’ve got enough for the rest of the week!
I haven’t tried that one—looks good! Most of the recipes take me longer than 30 minutes as well—except the macaroni and cheese recipe—that one takes less time!
On the chicken noodle soup recipe it says to mince the onions while the chicken browns—well, with me, when I tried that it was more like, let the chicken burn while you cut the onion! I’ve learned to have all the cutting done before I start!
You could start taking pictures for recipe books on the side…
@lnoteboom I’m totally with you on the cutting things ahead of time. I forgot to mince the garlic and was trying to chop as fast as I could while things were “browning”. It turned out alright, even if the garlic chunks were a bit bigger than I intended.
Looks great! Kudos if you made the 30 min barrier…those recipes always seem to take longer than advertised.
